About the Role

We have an outstanding career opportunity to join our Sales team as a Regional Sales Manager - Federal Civilian. This role will be responsible for leading our Federal growth and success through district sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. The job location will be in the Western Area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Menlo Security’s opportunities across all product solutions
  • Plans and directs activities including planning and implementing forecasts, marketing program development, relationship development, customer satisfaction and collateral material development and distribution
  • Build relationships across functions, both within sales and company-wide, to facilitate a highly effective sales process
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to across district; participates in succession planning efforts
  • Actively participate with and present to senior leadership of Menlo Security, the district sales strategies, progress metrics, and action plans
  • Ensure adherence to both company and external compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of software sales experience
  • Background working with Federal Civilian agencies
  • Relevant experience in information security required
  • High level of technical knowledge of software and infrastructure products and services
  • Experience in speaking to large audiences; excellent communication skills both in business and technical topics
  • Working knowledge of compliance regulations with software industry as well as basic business landscape
  • Proven experience in leading distributed sales team across large geography
