ADR Job Description- Bracknell, UK

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and achieving pipeline quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects and identify key buying requirements.  The role is a critical part of our sales process.  ADRs perform prospecting activities and arrange qualified face-to-face, phone, or web appointments between prospective customers and field sales personnel. 


  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns for sales opportunities
  • Contact prospects clients through cold calls and emails
  • Identify client needs and position Menlo Security as a solution
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and other organizations and participate in territory sales and marketing plans
  • Engage with partners to on lead and demand generation activity


  • 2+ years of experience as an account development representative/inside sales/sales development representative in an outbound/prospecting role in IT Industries
  • Hands-on experience with multiple prospecting techniques, including cold calls
  • Experience with SFDC and Outreach applications
  • Understanding of ADR/ISR/SDR performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver presentations
  • BA/BS degree from four years college or university
  • Able to travel occasionally for events
