Part-time Content marketer/Community manager

 
We are looking for an experienced community manager to completely own marketing content distribution for Memory’s websites and blogs. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Content, you will develop strategies that connect marketing content with relevant digital communities and improve content performance.  
 
This is a part-time freelance position for 15-20 hours/week, with the possibility of expansion.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Own and manage the distribution strategy for Memory marketing content (website landing pages, Timely Blog articles, integrations pages, podcasts, eBooks etc.)
  • Build Memory presence within community spaces, participating in relevant forums and discussion boards (e.g. Remote.co, Quora, Reddit, industry blogs, app review sites)
  • Improve Timely Blog SEO performance (managing keyword profile, expanding backlink profile, refreshing content, updating screenshots, updating content as Memory products change)
  • Manage Timely/Memory social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Occasional blog writing and newsletter creation
 
Essential experience/skills:
 
  • Content marketing (2 years)
  • Copywriting (2 years)
  • Content and SEO optimisation (Moz, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Writing for social media
  • Excellent command of the English language
 
Bonus experience/skills:
 
  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS or other B2B services
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar)
  • Experience with content distribution platforms (e.g. Pocket, Flipboard)
  • Media and guest posting relationships
