We are looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) of Marketing to direct and oversee our Marketing department. You will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.Our ideal candidate has several years experience in marketing and brand building of software products, a proven track record with digital marketing channels and techniques (such as SEO, SEM and inbound), the ability to think strategically and strong leadership skills.Our VP of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will oversee the internal marketing team, as well as external marketing agencies we work with.  To be successful in this role, you need to have strong analytical skills, have excellent communication skills and be able to traverse between strategic thinking and tactical execution.Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the marketing department’s activities contribute to our company’s long-term vision and mission.
 
Responsibilities
  • Create, own and execute go to market strategies for our software products
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness
  • Manage the marketing team and run day-to-day marketing processes 
  • Further build and lead the marketing team in line with the company’s future needs
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
  • Develop and manage relationships with key marketing partners
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Own, review and manage the marketing budget
Requirements
  • Proven work experience with at least 3 years as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior marketing role
  • Experience from a software company, preferably software-as-a-service (SaaS)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Highly results oriented
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • Experience with international marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels 
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
