Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated marketing professional to join our Product and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be creative, out-of-the-box thinker, team player with aspirations to grow with us as a leader in the organization but not afraid of rolling up his/her sleeves and work hard to make things happen. The position requires proven track records in managing marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive product demand in the US healthcare market.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing, product and sales teams to meet our business objectives
  • Lead and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution using different marketing channels
  • Support the creation of high-quality marketing tools from idea to design and execution using the Adobe creative suite and MS PowerPoint. This will include sales enablement tools, online promotional materials, online blog, webinars, etc…
  • Build analysis and reporting systems to monitor marketing campaigns impact on awareness and product demand.
  • Lead marketing communication with strategic partners including mutual marketing plans, co-marketing activities and more.
  • Manage the company’s public relation strategy  
  • Oversee planning for trade shows, symposia, including contractual negotiations, site recommendations, budgets, agenda, travel arrangements, and post-event analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing techniques and technologies, incorporating them into our marketing strategy where beneficial.


  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in Healthcare Marketing (Medical device or diagnostics preferred).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with the ability to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite. Thorough understanding of design layout, typography, color theory, photo retouching, and print production management.
  • Proficient in Pardot, Wordpress, Salesforce or comparable platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to influence and establish successful working relationships with both customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to solve challenges in innovative ways.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, and platforms such as: content marketing, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), web analytics, online advertising and more.
  • Exceptional aesthetic judgment and creative design skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute projects that align with our brand's visual identity and appeal to our customers' tastes and preferences.


This position is open for both US East Coast (New England area preferred) and Israel (Haifa), and requires a tight collaboration with the product and marketing team located in Israel. The role requires a commitment to working across time zones and includes 2-3 transatlantic trips every year Top of Form
