The Role:
We’re looking for a Manager, Social Media to join our growing team and lead the evolution of our Mejuri’s social presence. This role offers the unique opportunity to define and execute our social strategy across channels, campaigns, and collaborations, bringing our brand voice to life while driving engagement and awareness. What You'll Do:
- Develop and Lead Social Strategy: Define the overarching social strategy, combining evergreen content, campaign planning, channel optimization, and creator collaboration to maximize engagement and brand resonance.
- Channel-Specific Leadership: Oversee strategy for each social channel, tailoring content and tone to platform-specific audiences and trends.
- Content Planning: Build and maintain a robust social content calendar that aligns with key campaigns, brand moments, and growth goals.
- Creative Leadership: Lead brainstorms to develop social-first concepts, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, mission, and visual identity.
- Content Creation: Oversee social content creation, including shooting, editing, and production to maintain a consistent and impactful presence
- Collaborations: Curate and manage partnerships with tastemakers and creators to amplify our reach and relevance.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and relevant.
- Analyze Performance: Regularly review social metrics and performance data to optimize content strategies and maximize ROI on campaigns.
- Crisis Management: Act as a key point of contact for managing sensitive social situations, ensuring brand reputation is upheld across platforms.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Social Media Expertise: 5+ years of experience in leading social media strategy for a high-growth brand, with a proven track record of driving engagement and innovation.
- Creative Vision: Strong creative instincts with experience in ideating and executing impactful social-first content and campaigns.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect social strategy to broader business goals, using insights and analytics to inform decisions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in shooting, editing, and producing social media content, with an understanding of best practices for major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, leading creative brainstorms and inspiring teams
- Innovative Approach: A finger on the pulse of social media trends and a desire to experiment with new ideas to keep the brand at the forefront.
- Data-Driven Approach: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social performance metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.

Looking for the perfect next opportunity is a big decision. Mejuri recognizes the importance of pay transparency when it comes to salary ranges as it empowers individuals through the hiring process and supports them in making an informed decision. This role currently has a base pay range of $100,000-$125,000 per annum based on a candidate’s experience and qualifications.
