This role supports the execution of brand creative initiatives and ensures the smooth operation of BAU campaigns. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and optimize operational processes
What you'll do
Operational Support::
- Assist in managing the brand budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
- Oversee the scheduling and organization of brand meetings and presentations

Project Oversight: :
- Support project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Primary owner of all BAU projects from start to finish
Resource Management:
- Support team casting for all creative projects, with a focus on internal resources
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on project performance, including key metrics and KPI’s in partnership with integrated marketing team
- Ensure weekly clean up of PM software for all project work on Monday.com
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the key point of contact on project work across stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication, and provide bespoke problem solving to ensure day to day clarity for working team
- Manage priorities from multiple stakeholders
Key Performance Indicators:
- Successfully improves flow of work on creative workstreams
- Builds strong relationship and trust within the brand team + cross functionally

What you'll bring to the team
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within a creative or brand-focused team, with responsibility for budget tracking and adherence to financial guidelines
- Familiarity with the creative development process and working knowledge of production timelines, with experience supporting creative and brand execution in cross-functional settings.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions (e.g., marketing, product, etc), ensuring alignment and clarity in project work-streams
- Exceptional attention to detail in managing both creative assets and operational tasks, with a proven ability to adapt quickly to shifting project needs.
- A strong interest in the fashion/ lifestyle space
