The Role
Mejuri is searching for a Sr Analytics Engineering to drive execution against the data platform roadmap. This individual will be responsible for architecting and developing scalable platforms & applications that promote growth and optimize margins. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is looking to provide high-value work within a small and agile data team while seeing the impact of their work in real-time.
What you'll do:
- Platform. Architect data models, develop & optimize analytics pipelines, implement quality & governance policies
- Applications. Develop self-service insight tools that streamline visibility into operational efficiencies, service end-points that ensure data quality, and discovery tools that democratize access to data.
- Data Champion. Partner with data and analytics leadership to develop platform efficiencies and a strong cross-team data culture. Promote the application of data and best practices across the entire business! Training, code-reviews, deployment, stakeholders communication.
What you bring to the team:
- Technical. Advance ability to query and manipulate data using SQL and/or Python.
- Experience using DBT, Dagster/Airflow, and BI platforms such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI.
- Communication. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, being able to explain complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
