Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Technical Product Manager to join our team of talented and inspiring developers in a fast-paced environment.
As a Technical Product Manager, you'll work with senior leadership and our engineering and operations teams. We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about building and improving products with a high impact on patients, who will join a growing team in developing the products that enable providers to provide high-quality services to their patients.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will:
- Own the roadmap of the product fully, from concept to ship,
- Play a lead role in an agile scrum team defining the why behind development and QA,
- Lead cross-team execution activities in building new features as well as optimizing existing functionality,
- Partner with Design, UX Research, and Operations to build and optimize the customer experience,
- Own communication with internal stakeholders and execs around the product,
- Define, track, and communicate clear success criteria.

- 4+ years of Product Management experience with a passion for improving user experience,
- Experience building and shipping interactive products,
- Proficiency in agile product development methodologies,
- Creativity, drive and experience navigating through ambiguity,
- Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills,
- Extreme problem solving skills,
- Self-starter competency and ability to work well with individuals at all levels,
- A natural curiousity leading to use of quantitative and analytical skills to drive decision making,
- Experience working cross-functionally and enjoying rallying a group of people toward a common goal,
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field; it is great if you have an MBA or master’s degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science or Statistics,
- Perfect English skills; both written and oral,
