Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, driving sales growth, and contributing to Medrio’s overall commercial success. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proven history of successful execution, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
  • Prospecting: Research and develop a thorough understanding of the market, target prospects, and key decision-makers.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support overall sales objectives.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and report market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role, preferably in the software or healthcare industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence prospects.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

KPIs

  • Lead Conversion Rate: Measure the percentage of leads that are converted into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
  • Sales Growth: Track revenue growth and sales targets achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Activity Metrics: Monitor the number of calls made, emails sent, and meetings scheduled to ensure consistent outreach efforts.
  • Pipeline Management: Assess the health of the sales pipeline, including the number of new opportunities added and the progress of existing opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Tool Utilization: Track the usage of CRM and sales automation tools to ensure effective and efficient management of sales activities.
