Due to continuing growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Patient Engagement Associate to join our Patient Engagement Practice. Patient Engagement is one of the fastest growing and most exciting areas in the current medical communications landscape, and our team is looking for someone to help build on our increasing reputation in this space.
As a Patient Engagement Associate, you will use your medical writing skills to deliver content for a variety of patient engagement projects, ranging from advisory boards (patient, patient advocacy group or caregiver focused), patient education materials, and clinical trial materials. Working as part of the Patient Engagement team, your role will be to develop a broad understanding of therapy areas, deliver accurate, well-researched copy for patient and client audiences and ensure a high-quality service.
To succeed, you will be a highly skilled medical writer, with experience writing patient or lay content, excellent attention to detail, good understanding of the clinical trial process, a passion for improving patient outcomes, and previous medical communications agency experience, health charity or patient engagement/advocacy experience. A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a medical/science discipline.
