Mediatonic is the game developer behind Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout and a new member of the Epic Games family.

We continue to build on our ambitions and projects, as such we are looking to hire an Operations Director to join the Mediatonic team.

What You'll Do

We're looking for an Operations Director who will operate and optimise key services, processes, and information flows to meet the needs of our studio and teams.

In this role you will

#1 - Surface Data from across the organisation to support leadership decision making
You are responsible for surfacing and communicating data that enables informed leadership decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

Success looks like:
●    Maintain dashboards for our Exec and Leadership teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all data:
      - Build/maintain a set of lead measures and key metrics linked to our company goals
      - Each measure has an individual owner
●    Iterate and improve dashboards and processes over time

Note that we are currently rolling out the “EOS” framework (see “Traction” by Gino Wickman & Mike Paton) and familiarity with this framework would be an advantage.

#2 - Optimise our Operations
You are responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of studio operations.

Success looks like:
●    Evaluate, implement and maintain the processes and systems for studio operations and supporting functions
●    Research, define best practice, embed in the organisation, monitor success & improve over time
●    Forecast growth & organisation requirements based on our Business plans
●    Take on special projects (e.g., RTO, Out-of-hours, Diversity Improvements, Greenlight Process, etc)

#3 - Service Delivery from Central/Support Teams
You are responsible for ensuring that Mediatonic receives the services and support needed from Epic central teams.
Success looks like:
●    Clear goals and measures for central/support teams, aligned with MT overall goals
●    Effective processes for each function that are well understood across the studio
●    Frictionless service that MT teams are delighted with
●    Operational blockers for the business and teams are identified and resolved
●    Strong relationships with Epic teams & leaders
●    Best practice from MT adopted by Epic teams
●    Continual improvement of the service provided by central/support team 


We pay 100% for benefits except for PMI (for dependents).
