Media Star Promotions, a leading Baltimore-based experiential marketing company with Fortune 500 clients and offices throughout the U.S. is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an organized, friendly and dependable individual to create a great first impression for our guests.
- Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression to all employees, clients and guests
- Display excellent customer service skills with each interaction
- Utilizing a multi-line phone system, answer all incoming calls, screen calls and transfer them to the appropriate employee
- Welcome all employees, clients, vendors and guests
- Coordinate daily mail services with USPS and major carriers, maintaining adequate supply levels
- Support with office supply orders
- Distribute incoming packages to employees
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Light data entry
- Other duties as assigned
- MS Office, including data entry skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Required experience 2+ years
- Required education; some college coursework completed
This is a 100% in-person position. Regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM.
A pre-hire background check and drug screening is required.
