The Radical + Disruptive Lab is a dedicated team with expertise in crafting advertising experiences with media partners that pierce culture and actually get real people to pay attention and share, resulting in significant earned media.
This role does NOT involve media planning, buying, or reporting. It DOES involve creating big ideas for some of the best culture brands in the world.
The R+D Lab is a team of highly creative and motivated people looking for someone to join us in making ideas that are beloved by consumers, get press, build portfolios, and win awards (yes, we win Cannes Lions). If you have a creative background (Art Director, Copywriter, Creative Technologist, Wildcard) and want to try something new, this role is an opportunity to revel in your obsessions, flex your creativity across every format, and even invent something entirely new.

- Concept independently, with team members, and with production partners and clients.
- Lead the creation of a presentation in response to a marketing brief.
- Mentor junior team members and offer direction for improving their ideas and skills.
- Defend and support creative ideas to clients.
- Lead conversations with clients on behalf of the R+D team.
- Lead creation of case studies and award submissions for successful ideas.
- Offer a unique perspective and expertise that enhances the overall knowledge base of the R+D team.
The successful candidate must thrive in a dynamic, fast paced setting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a creative field.
Experience 3+ years of experience within a top creative, publisher, and/or media shop (and top culture brands) preferred.
