Design, field, and analyze primary research. This means an ability to write clear, well thought-out and intriguing questions that will lead to fresh and disruptive insights
Participate in new business development as opportunities arise
Support comms team with insights from major syndicated tools, both strategic planning and consumer insight, e.g., GfK, MRI, Mintel, WARC, Euromonitor, Nielsen, Kantar, Qualtrics, You Gov
Support comms team with insights from social listening and affinity-based tools, including Crimson Hexagon, Helixa, Affinio
Experience with budget management, contract renewals, license details and training across all media research providers ( i.e. Nielsen, Kantar) across multiple offices
Provide general research support to the team/department, regularly disseminating critical reports and noteworthy information
Success in this role looks like: The successful candidate has the ability to juggle multiple projects and should be driven, detail-oriented, amicable, a strong collaborator and hungry to do great work.
4-5 years of experience within a research organization or media agency
Endless curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
Strong analytical skills - both qualitative and quantitative
