What will you do?
This role will help oversee agency and team operations across clients, lead/assist in new business onboarding, and establish and refine internal processes, helping to streamline efficiencies for internal agency systems to best fit our client needs. Our rapid growth has created the need for this new role to help lead key projects and to work with key leads on the on-going development & growth of the agency. Part of the role will also include working with our US team to identify tools and processes that can be brought over to the UK.
You'll have extensive operations experience gained from a media agency environment and experience running projects that improve the running and efficiency of an agency/clients. A knowledge of industry tools is a must have along with a comfort running multiple projects simultaneously.
With experience working on new business, specifically SOW creation, transition planning and onboarding, you'll also have strong leadership skills. Bonus points for international experience and project management qualifications.
