What will you do?

As a digital-first media agency, we certainly think in terms of audiences, data, analytics, performance marketing, and media technology. Yet, we were born from a creative agency, so we understand that just delivering impressions isn’t enough. We believe in delivering impressions that count. Impressions that turn heads. And our chances of reaching consumers in a world where people are skilled at avoiding advertising is decreasing at a rapid pace. So, in the rare moments we have consumers' attention, we want to inspire them, compel them to share and become passionate advocates. To that end we have a special ops creative team that calls itself the Radical + Disruptive (R+D) Lab, where we pay people with diverse talents to break things. Expectations, barriers, boundaries, news cycles, and products shatter in service of deeply loved brands obsessed with finding new ways to connect with current and future fans. 

We’re currently seeking a uniquely driven individual to lead and build the R+D discipline in the UK and EMEA. Responsible for leading and evangelising the R+D creative media vision here in the UK and across EMEA, you'll create outward-facing and differentiating industry creative media thought leadership. You'll generate creative media platforms and executions for both existing clients and prospective clients whilst leading and developing the R+D team and wider agency talent.


About you

The right candidate will have a track record of managing people, leading and scaling an agency team and developing compelling agency propositions. New business experience and success is an absolute must. We are a dynamic, creative and high energy organisation and the person who fills this role should have those same characteristics. This is a real opportunity to make your mark with a fast-growing media business and help take it to an even higher level. This person must be open-minded to work closely and in partnership with other discipline leaders in the UK group. More specifically:

  • The successful candidate must be comfortable managing a team
  • Have a high bar for innovative client and industry facing work
  • Extensive new business experience
  • Is motivated to provide thought leadership that pushes the team and the industry
  • Possesses an existing portfolio reflecting highly creative and innovative media
  • Has an extensive understanding of media channels and partners, and an insatiable curiosity for finding what’s next and leading teams to ideate in those spaces
