What will you do?
This is a key senior role in our UK management team and will lead digital performance for our biggest global client here at Mediahub, where we're responsible for running media activity across 80+ markets and working with our IPG Mediabrands agency partners to deliver localised activation from several key international hubs.
The Performance Business Director will be a pivotal part of this financial service client's global account team and is responsible for performance media strategy, the codification and implementation of best practice, the execution of global test and learn programmes that enable all markets to benefit from a culture of continuous improvement, the management of joint business plans with key global media platforms, and driving a culture of innovation and curiosity in our teams across the globe. You will be a bridge between the execution of media and analytics, and you will obsess about making sure our media planning is always data driven.
You are entrepreneurial at heart, innovative and ready to challenge the norm! A deep expertise in digital performance marketing, extensive experience running international clients, a solid understanding of data driven media and comprehensive knowledge of industry tools to support planning & analysis are all super important for this one.
Excited by solutions and passionate about finding insights in data that make a real difference to client businesses, you have ideas and the business acumen to stand by them and back them up. You will have impeccable organisation and multi-tasking skills and will be a strong leader with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
