Our Production team is responsible for managing the day-to-day work activities for a set number of concurrent client engagements. They leverage the expertise and knowledge of a multi-disciplinary team of creative strategists, UX, visual designers, and engineers to deliver a successful product on time and budget. They have experience using different delivery processes and methodologies (including Agile) to run website development projects on various platforms from inception through launch. They have a strong project management skill set, including detailed budget and resource management, and can clearly relay direction to creative and development teams. 
 
The Production team understands project risks and challenges; with their strong problem solving skills and detailed status reporting, they’re able to respond, resolve, and manage projects in an effective way. They also work closely with the client counterparts to make sure that work is conveyed clearly and progresses through to launch. In addition to building client relationships, members of the Production team possess a consultative approach to improve projects and look for growth opportunities. Clients trust their knowledge, leadership of the project, insight into the project’s progress, and ability to have challenging conversations. They also have strong presentation skills to make sure the work is launched with creative excellence, efficiently, and on time and budget.
