MediaAlpha is growing into the Lead Marketplace for Agents, where insurance agents can now acquire consumer leads through our transparent and efficient platform. To help our agents succeed and drive their business forward, we are looking for talented and experienced Customer Success Managers who can quickly and accurately assess performance data and make the necessary campaign updates for consistent growth and success.


What You'll Be Doing

  • You are the Agents primary contact, managing 100-150 insurance agent accounts

  • Handle both inbound and outbound communication, building and fortifying strong relationships with our client base, while supporting agents utilizing the lead acquisition platform

  • Be a strategic consultant for our agency business, in a role that combines both revenue protection as well as revenue growth

  • Review the agent’s current and past performance to assess campaign improvements

  • Educate our agency partners as platform updates and new tools are released

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop new collateral, asses help topics, and advise on agent needs versus wants

  • Expand agent base through existing agent referrals


About You

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably working with Insurance Agents

  • Previous sales/customer success experience in a fast-paced, dynamic and creative environment

  • Ability to break down complex data sets into easily readable business review emails and phone calls (excel proficiency is preferred)

  • Demonstrate a strong record of success in whatever you have done

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Coachable – you are willing to accept constructive feedback

  • Team Oriented – you are willing to lend a hand and celebrate the success of your teammates.

  • Ability to function both independently and as part of a team; Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Proficiency in Excel is a plus
