We’re currently looking for a savvy CRM Director to join our marketing team. This person will manage and optimize our email and mobile marketing campaigns to drive customer conversion, engagement, winback, and loyalty.


  • Develop strategy and manage execution of email and mobile marketing campaigns to drive conversion, retention, winback, and loyalty
  • Manage testing, creative, operational, reporting workflow of email and mobile campaign efforts
  • Manage the segmentation strategy to support campaign testing and analysis
  • Work with creative team to develop a deep understanding of what resonates with our customers and optimize content/messaging accordingly
  • Contribute to landing page optimization, user flow changes, and pricing tests to improve conversion
  • Monitor key KPI’s and collaborate with analytics team on custom CRM analysis
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including creative/copy, technology, product, and other departments to ensure consistency of marketing messages and user experience across all digital and offline channels
  • Stay current on CRM trends and practices, focusing on how changes can help improve and optimize campaigns towards our target KPIs


  • 7-10 years of experience developing and executing CRM campaigns with demonstrable track record of success supported by ROI measurement, preferably in a B2C environment
  • Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis
  • A rigorous, data-driven, and highly analytical mindset
  • Ability to juggle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously  
  • Ability to analyze a range of key performance metrics and synthesize findings into clear trends and actionable recommendations  
  • Outstanding and proven communication and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork, project management and follow-up  
  • Strong MS Excel experience required. Experience with other data and analysis tools/languages a plus (Google Analytics, SQL, etc.)

  • Passion for technology start-up businesses
