As a Partner Support Specialist, you’ll manage all aspects of our relationships with our restaurant partners. You'll build strong relationships that benefit both our partners and MealPal. You’ll negotiate restaurant offerings and know their accounts inside and out. You'll use internal data and industry insights to help our merchants increase efficiency and revenue, making MealPal their most valuable partner. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic relationships with our merchant partners
  • Negotiate restaurant offerings to ensure a beneficial partnership
  • Proactively work to improve merchants’ experience
  • Clearly communicate MealPal's value proposition to current merchant partners
  • Use data and insights to make our partners successful
  • Consistently manage a high-volume of merchant partners

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales/account management experience
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly with strong attention to detail
  • Problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Basic Excel / Google Docs skills
