MealPal is looking for a top-notch Customer Support Lead. You’ll manage a small team of Customer Support Representatives, while working alongside them to improve our customers’ experience. You will troubleshoot tough inquiries and monitor our response times. You’ll identify and implement new ways to enhance our customers’ experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate via email, phone, and social media with customers 
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner with high quality messages
  • Manage and motivate a team of Customer Support Representatives
  • Troubleshoot and find smart solutions to issues
  • Create and manage team schedules
  • Identify new ways to enhance the customer experience
  • Streamline operational tasks and improve processes

 Requirements:

  • Success in previous customer service roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Basic Excel & Google Sheets skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of professional experience, previous experience managing a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Work on-site at office in Charlotte
