As a Customer Support Specialist at MealPal, you will be the voice of the company to our consumers. You will build processes, respond to escalated inquiries, proactively work to improve the MealPal support experience, and help drive the business forward.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively work to improve the consumer experience
  • Troubleshoot and find smart solutions to any issues
  • Own processes from start to finish to ensure a smooth experience for our customers
  • Manage escalations and day-to-day requests of our consumers
  • Ensure daily and weekly targets are met
  • Identify and execute on new ways to enhance our customer experience
  • Opportunity to lead a small team

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • College Experience Required
  • Problem solver and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work quickly with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Work independently, seeking help as needed
  • Previous customer service, account management or operation service experience a plus
  • Charlotte based
