As a Partner Support Representative at MealPal, you’ll work directly with our merchants to ensure they have a seamless experience. You’ll know our product and their accounts inside and out. You will respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues.


  • Respond quickly and effectively to our merchants via email and phone
  • Consistently manage a high-volume of merchant partners
  • Clearly communicate MealPal's value proposition to current merchant partners
  • Proactively work to improve merchants’ experience
  • Use the database to create and manage restaurant profiles


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly with strong attention to detail

  • 1-3 years of professional experience
