As a Partnerships Associate, you'll manage relationships with our top restaurant partners. You'll set meetings for our Partnerships Managers and learn to negotiate contracts. You'll build strong relationships that benefit both our restaurant partners and MealPal. You’ll become an expert in negotiation and restaurant operations.


  • Arrange and set meetings for one of our Partnerships Managers
  • Build strategic relationships with our merchant partners
  • Document progress and outcomes with guidance from a Partnerships Manager
  • Proactively work to improve our partners’ experience
  • Clearly communicate MealPal's value proposition to current partners
  • Use data and insights to make our partners successful
  • Consistently manage a high-volume of partners


  • 2-3 years of sales/account management experience
  • Strong drive to help restaurants succeed
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly with attention to detail
  • Problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Basic Excel / Google Docs skills
