As the National Sales Director at MealPal, you will be on the front lines of growth for MealPal. You will be responsible for driving both the strategy and execution for the merchant side of our marketplace.

You’ll find creative and scalable ways for our team to build relationships with decision makers at top restaurants across the country. You'll hire, train, and mentor an amazing partnerships team, including inside & outside sales teams. You’ll build out these teams and implement processes to help the business scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales & launch strategies nationwide
  • Build out structure & processes to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that restaurant owners face, and help them solve these challenges using MealPal
  • Work with top brands across the country to help them increase revenue
  • Manage teams both remotely and on-site
  • Work with our product and marketing teams to continuously improve our partners’ experience
  • Recruit, hire and train teams

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Experience managing, training, & growing a team
  • Ability to analyze metrics to deliver on KPIs
  • Proven leadership, problem solving, & analytical skills
  • Can-do attitude; crazy hustle; ability to get things done; entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Fearless, ambitious, competitive personality
  • Excited by the idea of managing multiple responsibilities and ruthlessly prioritizing the highest impact work
