As the General Manager of Hong Kong, you will be responsible for driving both the strategy and execution for the restaurant side of our marketplace and scaling our consumers. You will be growing and maintaining MealPal restaurant partners and building out the Hong Kong team.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators and targets for the Hong Kong market.
- Identify restaurant partners and build relationships with them bringing them on to the MealPal Platform. You will help restaurants understand the game-changing value of our service.
- Hire, inspire and coach the team of restaurant sales associates, account managers, marketing professionals, customer and operations associate to continue to build our Hong Kong market.
- Work with our product & marketing teams to constantly improve our partners experience.
- 3+ years of business development, marketing and leadership experience in a high growth environment.
- Can-do attitude; crazy hustle; ability to get things done; entrepreneurial mind-set.
- Fearless, ambitious, competitive personality and driven by numbers.
- Be able to understand the nuances of local market environments and adapt tactics to suit.
