As the General Manager of Europe, you will have responsibility for our existing and upcoming markets in the region. You will be responsible for scaling the consumer base, growing and maintaining MealPal restaurant partners, delivering excellent customer service and building out our European teams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Key Performance Indicators and targets for the European markets.
  • Partner with our global marketing team to run campaigns to grow the MealPal consumer base. 
  • Work with our local teams to Identify restaurant partners for MealPal, and build relationships with them. Understand the challenges restaurants owners face, and help them solve these challenges using MealPal.
  • Recruit and lead a team of restaurant sales associates, account managers, marketing professionals, customer and operations associate to continue to build our European markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of marketing, business development, and proven leadership experience in a high growth environment.
  • Can-do attitude; crazy hustle; ability to get things done; entrepreneurial mind-set.
  • Fearless, ambitious, competitive personality. Driven by numbers.
  • Be able to understand the nuances of local market environments and adapt tactics to suit.
