As a Launch Manager for our restaurant partnerships at MealPal, you will travel to new cities and be on the front lines of growth for MealPal nationwide! You’ll implement processes to help the business expand and the team grow. You'll hire, train, and mentor an amazing outside sales team. You’ll define and manage weekly and monthly quotas to ensure we bring on the best restaurants in each city we are launching. You will identify key restaurant partners and help the team set meetings with the decision makers to bring them onto MealPal.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute MealPal’s launch sales strategy to improve sales productivity and efficiency
  • Manage teams both remotely and on-site
  • Motivate your team to hit their quota
  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that restaurant owners face, and help them solve these challenges using MealPal
  • Recruit, hire, train and manage the team

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel to and live in different cities for extended periods of time
  • 2 + years of management experience
  • Can-do attitude; crazy hustle; ability to get things done; entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Ability to manage remotely and on-site
  • Fearless and ambitious with a competitive personality
  • Experience managing, training, & growing an outside sales team
  • Ability to analyze & track metrics to hit goals
  • Proven leadership, problem solving & analytical skills
