As the Acquisition Marketing Lead at MealPal, you will report directly to the VP of Global Marketing and be responsible for managing the execution of campaigns and tracking the results of our Referral Marketing program and Digital Media across multiple channels including (but not limited to) SEM, Paid Social, Retargeting, Affiliates, SEO, etc.  You will be extremely data-driven and you are comfortable with testing to scale.


  • Develop strategic acquisition marketing plans to drive growth, improve ROI, and maximize results
  • Lead campaign execution and daily management/optimization across referral program and digital channels (e.g., SEM, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, SEO, etc.) to grow traffic, revenue, and new customers
  • Manage tracking, reporting, and analysis to draw insights and continually optimize marketing activities
  • Contribute to landing page optimization, user flow changes, and pricing tests to improve conversion
  • Collaborate with external partners as well as internal teams (including Finance, Creative, Product, and Analytics) to ensure consistency of marketing messages and user experience across all digital and offline channels
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve and optimize campaigns towards our target KPIs


  • 3-6 years of experience in performance/acquisition marketing with a focus on ROI against LTV, preferably in a B2C setting
  • Expert in at least one paid digital channel
  • Effective communicator with internal teams or external vendors
  • Strong Excel skills; Email marketing experience a big plus
  • A rigorous, data-driven, and highly analytical mindset
  • A scrappy self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves and drive projects to completion
  • Have a strong work ethic, love of testing, and commitment to continuous improvement
