As an Inside Sales Manager at MealPal, you will be on the front lines of growth for MealPal. You’ll build the team and implement processes to help the business scale. You'll hire, train, and mentor an amazing sales team. You’ll define and manage weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure successful partnerships. You will identify key restaurant partners and help the team set meetings with the decision makers to provide them an overview of the MealPal value proposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategy to improve sales productivity and efficiency
  • Create targets and motivate the team to hit them
  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that restaurant owners face, and help them solve these challenges using MealPal
  • Recruit, hire, and train team
