We’re currently looking for a savvy Marketing Manager, Conversion to join our marketing team. This person will manage our conversion marketing campaigns and optimize landing pages to drive customer conversion.


  • Develop strategy and manage execution to drive conversion of leads
  • Manage testing, creative, operational, reporting workflow of campaign efforts primarily through email to drive conversion; opportunity to test and optimize other channels
  • Manage the leads segmentation strategy to support campaign testing and analysis
  • Work with creative team to develop a deep understanding of what resonates with prospective customers and optimize content/messaging accordingly
  • Own optimization of the new user signup flows; deliver a plan for continual testing and enhancements to drive KPI improvement
  • Monitor key KPI’s and collaborate with analytics team on custom conversion marketing analysis
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including creative/copy, technology, product, and other departments to ensure consistency of marketing messages and user experience
  • Stay current on marketing trends and practices, focusing on how changes can help improve and optimize campaigns towards our target KPIs


  • 4-6 years of experience developing and executing retention marketing campaigns with demonstrable track record of success supported by ROI measurement, preferably in a B2C environment
  • Sound knowledge in email marketing and signup/conversion funnels
  • Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis
  • A rigorous, data-driven, and highly analytical mindset
  • Ability to juggle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously  
  • Outstanding and proven communication and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork, project management and follow-up  
  • Strong MS Excel experience required. Experience with other data and analysis tools/languages (Google Analytics, SQL, etc.)
  • Can-do, positive attitude; crazy hustle; ability to get things done; entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Passion for technology start-up businesses
