The Role
Due to an exciting growth period in our national team, we are currently seeking a junior Finance lawyer to join our Brisbane office. This role will accelerate your career path, where you can take ownership of transactions and clients with the close support of the partners. You will be required to take charge of deals from end to end and assist with client management, from quoting on costs to organising business development.
Our clients are top notch, and include major international and Australian banks, large and listed corporate borrowers, developers and property funds. We service a broad range of financing transactions across various sectors including real estate investment and property development, agribusiness, health and retirement villages, not for profit lending, and general corporate financing.
Experience
Ideal candidates would have up to two years post-admission experience working within a banking and finance team, however, strong candidates with a background or experience in either property law or corporate law and who are keen to develop into a finance lawyer are encouraged to apply.
You will have an excellent client service ethic, a desire to learn and to provide technically excellent advice and an enthusiasm to play a part in the continued growth of our banking and finance team.
