Who We Are:

At M Booth, we are a culture-first communications agency that attracts the best people and the best brands to a workplace that’s alive with courage, ideas, respect, and humanity. We are a hybrid workforce and believe that inspiration, relevance, and leadership are about how you do it, not where you do it from. We encourage all our employees to “Be IRL” – this code stands for being Inspired Relevant Leaders. Now, more than ever, our interactions and our relationships are mission critical to our community and our success. They build a culture that enables all of us to do great things and grow together. We invite you into our world of creativity, ideation, and communication. Come Be Inspired…come work with us at M Booth.

The ever-growing Consumer team has an immediate opening for an Account Supervisor to help with select well-known beauty brands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a communications professional who wants to be part of a fun loving team that encourages critical thinking as much as creativity (aka the best of both worlds!). We’re looking for someone who has 5-6+ years’ PR and influencer experience, and that will bring energy, excitement and passion to the position.

What You’ll Do:

As an Account Supervisor, you’ll be helping to manage and execute key PR and influencer initiatives for an anchor beauty business, with a lot of opportunity for growth and visibility. You’ll project manage integrated programs, lead and inspire junior staffers; and, most importantly, work with a very talented, very collaborative, and inspiring team that will have your back no matter what. In this role, you will work on the dermatology (“derma”) side of the Beiersdorf business on Eucerin and Aquaphor accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent client service and account management
  • Multitasking across multiple initiatives while ensuring timeliness of deliverables and consistent client and internal communication
  • Ideating and actioning on creative concepts for campaigns and experiential moments
  • Building strategies for influencer campaigns that achieve the clients’ objectives. Setting KPIs, managing budgets, overseeing execution with team support, and spearheading reporting including analyzing results and identifying key learnings.
  • Leading production of assigned influencer campaigns, and providing guidance for the team on all aspects of the pipeline including rosters, creative briefs, content review, and amplification tactics.
  • Collaborating with agency partners including paid media, organic social, and shopper to optimize campaigns
  • Co-captaining ongoing news engine support, including reviewing pitch calendars and pitches, and putting forth ideas for out-of-the-box press activations
  • Helping produce influencer and press events (and mailers) including managing vendors, designing branded elements, and overseeing logistics.
  • Directing and managing the work of 1-2 reports (AE’s and AC’s)

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-6 years’ dedicated experience in influencer marketing and traditional PR, working as part of an integrated agency team (IAT) a plus
  • Experience managing and mentoring 1-2 direct reports
  • Proven ability to effectively organize multiple deadlines across accounts and teams
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator, creative thinker, and advanced writer
  • Reliable industry relationships (media, influencers etc.)
  • Experience building client relationships and client comms

Nice to Have:

  • Experience and/or passion for beauty/CPG brands, specifically skincare
  • Experience working with dermatologists / dermatology brands
  • In touch with cultural and industry trends

What We’ll Bring:

Here are a few highlights of the benefits we offer at M Booth:

  • A workplace that’s alive with courage, ideas, respect and humanity.
  • Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career.
  • Comprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire family
  • A 401(k) Savings Plan and Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Paid holidays, Unlimited Paid Time Off (Personal, Sick, Vacation), and Summer Fridays
  • Additional Perks: Family Leave, Well-Being Programs, and Commuter Benefits
  • $81,000-100,000

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
