M Booth has an immediate opportunity for a creative Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic and growing Consumer team. We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with a culture that incorporates fun activities to boost creativity. This is an excellent growth opportunity to oversee client launches, build upon connections in the industry, and collaborate with a growing team. All candidates should bring at least 4-5 years’ experience and ideally expertise in the GPC and beauty industries helping to manage multiple accounts, as well as mentoring and managing a team.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver excellent client service and account/project management
  • Help ideate and develop strategic plans/programs, including but not limited to product launch moments, influencer campaigns, strategic partnerships, and more 
  • Oversee and execute client projects (events, launches, influencer programs, etc.) soup-to-nuts, managing budgets, timetables, status updates, reporting, and junior staff as needed
  • Lead always on and campaign specific earned media efforts, focused on fostering impactful editorial relationships and generating significant earned media coverage 
  • Collaborate with Account and Digital teams on social influencer endorsements and campaigns (paid partners and/or organic)
  • Bring industry/category contacts to the table (e.g., experts), where appropriate
  • Compose press materials, Q+As and interview briefing materials
  • Share relevant ideas and nuggets to keep your clients relevant in the cultural zeitgeist - from press pitches to contributing big thinking for planning moments
  • Serve as client point person on assigned accounts, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
  • Help manage the work of AEs, AAEs, ACs and Interns

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years’ demonstrated experience
  • Experience managing direct reports and managing up to account leadership
  • Proven ability to effectively organize multiple deadlines across accounts and teams
  • Expert-level project management skills
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Proactive and curious mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple accounts/address multiple client needs
  • Has a finger on the pulse of pop culture, trends, entertainment, and news
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in consumer marketing specifically:  traditional public relations, large integrated programming, earned media strategy, social strategy, and influencer marketing (paid and organic)
  • Experience working with dermatology influencers is a plus
