The Analyst supports the Strategic Analytics team in measuring earned media, influencer, and digital marketing campaign success against clients’ brand and business objectives. They will partner with brand teams to report on campaign performance and make actionable recommendations that inform and optimize program performance. They will also use analytics, social, site, mobile, and search tools to inform strategy and messaging approaches for existing clients and new business.
Candidates should be a critical thinkers who possess strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to audiences of all knowledge levels. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the digital marketing landscape and marketing best practices.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year accredited college or university
1+ years of professional experience in business, advertising, communications or a related field
Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and an understanding of how they relate to business results
Ability to work and learn independently, and to manage multiple tasks within established deadlines
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation design skills; comfort with public speaking
Any experience using social listening platforms (e.g., Netbase, Radian 6, Infegy Atlas, Sysomos), site analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), data visualization tools (Datorama, Tableau) and native social analytics tools (Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc.) is desirable but not required
