M Booth has an immediate opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our growing Corporate team. This is an excellent growth opportunity for an Account Coordinator to help with administrative and media relations support for our clients. While assisting with the execution of PR campaigns, an Account Coordinator dives in to learn and master PR basics and the sectors we serve.

Working as an Account Coordinator on M Booth’s Corporate team:
Integral part of news engine efforts, drafting pitches, creating media lists and pitching reporters, collaborating with broader team on progress
Responsible for tracking coverage and sharing results back to client
Conducts research online on client and client competitors, market landscape, media landscape, market demographics
Team meeting manager, developing agendas/recaps and coordinating schedules
Creative thinker, participating in brainstorms to help develop news-generating ideas
Helps plan, coordinate and staff special events: Invitations and RSVP tracking, logistics, supplies and equipment
The M Boother We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
0-1 years of experience (internships included). Agency experience preferred, but not required
Interest and/or experience in corporate communications and/or B2B marketing and communications
Strong writing skills
Positive and flexible attitude with a strong sense of humor
Proactive and curious mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple accounts/address multiple client needs
Has a finger on the pulse of culture and a nose in business news
