OVERVIEW:

Our fast-growing communications agency is in need of an experienced Account Coordinator to support the Strategic Partnerships and Agency Marketing teams.  The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the entertainment world – including talent, influencers, properties (film, TV, music, books, etc.) and other relevant areas.   In addition, they will have strong writing, research and presentation creation skills.  Importantly, the best candidate for this position will be passionate about entertainment marketing and interested in being part of an intimate and fast-paced team within the agency.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop both topline and extensive research reports showcasing talent and property details, including using databases and online tools
  • Participate in regular meetings with projects leads; assist with drafting outreach emails for open opportunities
  • Deck creation (Google Doc, Power Point, etc.)
  • Maintaining project grid
  • Coordinating logistics for agency awards entries and contributing to entry drafts
  • Involvement (editing, coordination) with agency announcements, training curriculum,
  • and participation with agency marketing team
  • Competitive research for agency initiatives as well as new business, when needed
  • Manage last minute project asks and feedback while maintaining other daily project deadlines
  • Maintain and track project grid, performance and billing codes, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Assist with tracking billing associated with partnerships and follow financial procedures within the agency
  • Coordinating and managing agency use of databases such as IMDB, Celebrity Intelligence, E-Poll, Q-Score, Gramlist, Fohr Card, and others

 

SKILLSET/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, English or related field required
  • 1-3 years experience in PR firm, Advertising Agency, or similar
  • Excellent grasp of entertainment and influencer worlds and knowledge of business trends
