WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In your role, you will work closely with:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You will partner closely with the VP of Marketing and form part of the Marketing leadership team to build a coherent Marketing strategy that drives growth
  • You will develop and guide the execution of Maze’s multi-channel growth marketing strategy, including SEO, paid marketing, lifecycle marketing, and website optimization
  • You will work closely with product growth on developing and aligning on a holistic approach to growth across the organization
  • Guide, develop and create a culture of testing and experimentation to innovate and optimize our growth marketing initiatives
  • You will be responsible for setting team targets, defining budgets, and analyzing and reporting on the team’s performance
  • You will be responsible for communicating roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across the organization from partner teams to executive levels
  • You will build and develop a high-performing growth marketing team, including hiring and people management

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, 3+ years of experience in people management
  • You have a proven track record of developing, implementing, and scaling multi-channel growth marketing strategies
  • You have a solid understanding of and/or hands-on experience in SEO, paid marketing, lifecycle, and website optimization
  • You have experience in implementing and driving the adoption of experimentation frameworks
  • You have experience working in a high-growth tech or B2B SaaS company contributing to its growth story
  • Bonus: You have experience working and managing teams in a fully remote environment

GOALS YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE OR OWN

  • Growth: You will guide Maze’s acquisition strategy and implementation thereof to drive month-on-month growth of new relevant and activated teams

 

Maze values transparency and it enables us to approach compensation equitably across the world. We are informed by data and regularly check our salary ranges (either *United States* or *Rest of World*) against other venture backed companies. Additionally, we are proud of our holistic and generous benefits offerings, included in every compensation package.

The typical compensation for this role ranges from $89,000 to $137,500. Your salary is dependent upon many factors, including years of experience, expertise, etc. Don’t let the typical compensation range for this role stop you from applying; during your first interview, you can expect to have an open conversation with your recruiter regarding your compensation expectations.
