Job Summary

As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with driving commercial objectives through successful concepting, pitching and activation of unique marketing strategy, planning and campaigns. Sitting within the Marketing organization, the Integrated Marketing Manager will be empowered to work cross functionally, ensuring Marketing and Commercial teams are working in lockstep to deliver exciting and meaningful content true to the May brand while also optimizing results that drive the business forward. This role will work in close partnership with counterparts across the organization, developing and sharing best practices to grow the business.  Success in your role means that the May story is clearly articulated to prospective customers, investors, and employees.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercialization and Strategy teams to understand business goals and strategies, market sizing and insights, and product/service positioning
  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand health, consumer personas, mindsets, attitudes, values and behaviors across May Mobility’s audiences, products and services
  • Integrate customer insights and relevant brand trends into our brand strategy and creative output
  • Play an active role in delivering the brand experience, voice, and visuals across all marketing channels
  • Support brand strategy development and associated content to anchor our brand in the market, and inform brand activation throughout the customer journey
  • Guide content strategy and messaging architecture of advertising, landing pages, websites, emails, collateral, and other external-facing assets that support commercialization goals
  • Develop and execute end-to-end brand campaigns; craft strategic briefs that inspire brand-defining work
  • Track and report how our brand performs and present insights and recommendations to improve brand health
  • Analyze, monitor and report on the competitive landscape to determine where our brand and products fit over time, where to target consumers and how to have the greatest impact for our brand and business
  • Inform and inspire the creative process by working cross-functionally with our internal teams and guiding external agency activities

Skills and Abilities

Success in this role typically requires the following competencies:

  • A brand visionary who excels in practical implementation
  • Ability to think strategically and also be a doer
  • Successfully works cross functionally with key stakeholder including product, autonomy, business development, legal and supply chain
  • Comfortable with MarTech including Hubspot, Asana, Google Ad Suite. Video editing knowledge is a plus
  • Select and manage agencies including digital marketing, video and photography
  • Marketing operations ensuring website, data flow and deadlines are managed and met for the team

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates most successful in this role typically hold the following qualifications or comparable knowledge or experience:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
  • 7+ years related experience in similar role
  • Demonstrated digital and content strategy experience, including omni-channel marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize, work deadlines and problem-solve
  • Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills

Desirable

  • Masters or MBA

Posted salary range is based on geographic location in Michigan and can vary by state. 

Salary Range
$85,000$110,000 USD
