As a Trader Intern, you will complete a 9 week training programme in Options Market Making run by our traders, including trading simulation, project work and programming courses. Throughout the internship you will gain insight into the work of our market making desks whilst having the opportunity to get to know us at our regular social events. At the end of the internship, you will be considered for a place on our 2026 Amsterdam Graduate Trader Programme. 

During the Internship, you will spend your first 3 weeks in our London office for a fast-paced, interactive introduction to Trading, before returning to Amsterdam for the remaining 6 weeks of the programme. 

You must be in your penultimate year of university in order to be eligible for this position. We are looking for candidates from any quantitative background with a competitive nature and a strong understanding of probability and statistics to join our team for the summer. The programme will run from 23rd June - 22nd August 2025. 

What we are looking for:

  • Outstanding numeracy
  • Competitive nature and a strong understanding of probability and statistics
  • Curiosity to learn with a keen interest in financial markets 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve problems creatively 
  • Strong communication skills and drive to work collaboratively  
  • A penultimate year student with a bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, VBA, SQL, R, C++ or C# desirable
