Maven is looking for a highly-detailed and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team as we continue to grow and scale the company in 2023. This position will support our recruiters at every stage of the interview process by coordinating interviews for our candidates. We’re looking for someone who can juggle shifting priorities, sweat the details, and is passionate about making sure every candidate has a positive experience interviewing at Maven. This is a highly collaborative role working with all levels and departments across Maven.
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Maven, you will:
- Be the main point of contact for candidates across all departments and levels -- assistants to VPs, from Sales to Engineering
- Coordinate and schedule at all stages of the interview process – phone screens, video calls, and in-person interviews-- sending context and event information to both candidates and interviewers
- Build cross-functional relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and other stakeholders who are a part of the hiring process
- Partner with recruiters and sourcers on various recruiting initiatives
- Greet and tour candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring an excellent experience
- Participate in projects across the Maven People team
We’re looking for you to bring:
- Previous experience in scheduling/calendar management, coordination or other administrative tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability — we move quickly!
- Strong attention to detail to ensure everything runs smoothly while also identifying where we can improve
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent problem solving skills combined with a sense of urgency
- Passion for candidate experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!):
- Experience with Google Calendar, Zoom, Greenhouse, Gem
For candidates in NYC or CO, the salary range for this role is $55,000 - $90,000 per year. You may also be entitled to receive stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
