About the team: Maven’s product team is growing quickly to accelerate our mission of driving better health outcomes for our members through a human-centered product experience.  You will be responsible for leading the definition, design and implementation of products and services that enable our customers to integrate with our Healthcare platform. You will work closely with a cross functional team of Client Delivery, Growth, Product, Design and Engineering.

To make our mission a reality, your skills will be accountable to:

  • Own the product strategy and execution of new product initiatives, specifically focused on Member Eligibility
  • Clearly understand client use cases and define associated internal processes, with a focus on building product to help scale our rapidly growing operational teams
  • Collaborate closely with engineering leads, product design, and other product managers to identify and deliver high-impact features and improvements
  • Use data, user research, and business needs to inform product prioritization and decision making, resulting in a roadmap that delivers a best-in-class healthcare product for Maven members
  • Establish clear success criteria and regularly track the outcomes of your product features, using performance data to guide iterations along the way
  • Partner with business stakeholders including teams focused on Client Delivery, Growth, Operations, Data and Engineering
  • Manage Prioritization and tradeoffs among Client Requests, Engineering needs and other competing priorities

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally including experience working on internal tools and processes
  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and ability to navigate multiple stakeholders at complex organizations with passion, empathy, and candor
  • Track record of owning a set of product features from definition through delivery
  • Strong product sense, grounding all product decisions in data, user feedback, and measurable impact
  • Experience operating closely with Engineering and Design to deliver excellent software products
  • Ability to learn quickly about new user journeys, industries, and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in healthcare with a focus on health plans and/or health systems
  • Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards for benefits and medical eligibility (EDI 834, EDI 270/271) and/or FHIR / HL7 standards
  • Comfort and experience working within a fast-growing organization

For candidates in NYC or CO, the salary range for this role is $165,000 - $220,000 per year. You may also be entitled to receive stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
