Brand Experience Manager | Job Description 

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Experience Manager to oversee all aspects of a yearlong partnership with a Luxury Spirits Brand. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of managing a luxury space. The Brand Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing all the operations of the space and need to apply authority and collaboration in the security, operations management, financial/analytics, behavioral skills, and P&L management of this channel. This role will need to ensure the highest level of customer experience and collaborate with similar roles across the globe to instill consistency and excellence. 

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control:

  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including production, inventory, and hospitality management.
  • Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.

Business Development:

  • Work with client specific brand guidelines and bring projects from concept through production.
  • Create and maintain consistent, high level visuals, standards and specifications.
  • Work strategically and in partnership with internal teams to build, maintain, and improve internal and external processes, workflows, systems, and policies.
  • Keep all stakeholders apprised on any key changes that will affect final delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share and revenue streams.
  • Cultivate partnerships and strategic alliances to support business growth and diversification.
  • Continually strive for perfection in the execution of brand building events and engagements in collaboration with manager

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage quarterly budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor financial performance against key metrics and make adjustments as needed to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Monitor and reconcile all payments and invoices with primary stakeholders.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the company's reputation, financial performance, or operations.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies and controls to minimize exposure to potential liabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and corporate responsibility throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, hospitality or a related field.
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and respond to changing market dynamics.
  • Experience operating within a luxury environment and working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) in the LA/ US or global marketplace 
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and hospitality, delivering a personalized and attentive experience to all customers.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns or issues in line with luxury standards including confidence, language and customer interaction to ensure complete satisfaction 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and influence high-level stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with production support acting as or supporting experiential producers. 
  • Demonstrate leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Access to a car with an up-to-date drivers license. 
  • Passion for and knowledge in the luxury spirits world 
  • Maintains strong connections and an established network of production contacts/ services within the area

Salary: $10,500- $12,500/ monthly based on experience
