The Creative Recruiter will assist MATTE in finding world-class talent, driving our business forward. This person will work cross functionally to assist in talent acquisition and manage the ever-changing creative resource needs of the Company. 

 Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Work with leadership to identify talent needs
- Collaborate and assist hiring managers to create and improve position descriptions that accurately reflect responsibilities
- Leverage recruiting efforts by online posting, networking and cold emailing
- Maintain applicant platforms
- Own and maintain applicant database
- Organize, lead, and document post interview/e-brief/feedback with interview teams and candidates


- Proven track record of sourcing creative talent such as Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Editors, and Copywriters
- 3+ years of creative recruitment within an agency environment
- Proven ability to work effectively with project teams
- Strong negotiation kills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- An expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruitment
