We are seeking a Development Analyst to round out the Business Development team. This position requires a strong research focused, analytical individual who will be responsible for providing research, analyses, and assistance with management of senior living development projects. This position is accountable for conducting economic and demographic research, analyzing residential real estate and senior living market data, completing competitive analyses, review and analysis of operating performance of potential and owned assets, and assisting with investment modeling. Additionally, prepares regulatory renewals, development and tracking of on-going development project schedules and costs, and provides support for development/acquisitions, due diligence, design and construction contract administration as required.
This position is full-time, hybrid, and based out of our Headquarters in downtown Evanston, Illinois.
Qualifications and skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, real estate, or related fields
- strong research, analytical and problem solving skills
- ability to multi-task, managing multiple concurrent objectives, projects, or activities
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with PowerPoint and Outlook
- excellent communication and organizational skills
