We are seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead and optimize HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. This role is integral to creating a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience, ensuring operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR operations and data management, with a passion for driving a high-quality employee experience from pre-hire through all stages of employment. 

This is a remote-hybrid position with 1-day per week in the Boca Raton office.

What you'll do: 

Onboarding (Approx. 45% of Time) 

  • Optimize Onboarding Experience: Develop and maintain a best-in-class onboarding process that aligns with industry trends, ensuring a seamless experience for remote, global, and local employees. 
  • End-to-End Coordination: Manage the onboarding journey from offer letter through day 90, collaborating with hiring managers, IT, and Payroll to ensure a smooth transition. 
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation: Conduct engaging orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company culture, values, and policies, tailoring onboarding content as needed. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback through surveys and check-ins to refine the onboarding process, highlight successes, and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track onboarding metrics and create actionable reports to support continuous process improvements. 

People Operations (Approx. 30% of Time) 

  • HR Systems Management: Oversee the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and system efficiency. Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting and system upgrades. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement HR process improvements and automation solutions to streamline operations, enhance data accuracy, and improve employee experience. 
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor and analyze workforce data on metrics like turnover, headcount, and engagement, providing insights to HR leadership and driving data-based decision-making. 
  • Compliance Support: Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, particularly around data privacy, I-9 administration, and employment regulations. 
  • Vendor & Systems Management: Manage HR technology vendors, including system selection, implementation, and contract renewals, in partnership with IT and Finance. 

Employee Engagement (Approx. 15% of Time) 

  • Lead Engagement Initiatives: Develop and manage programs that foster connection, recognition, and community for both in-office and remote employees. 
  • Health & Wellness Promotion: Advocate for and promote wellness offerings, regularly reporting on engagement and feedback to drive enhancements. 
  • Recognition Programs: Implement and oversee employee recognition programs (e.g., monthly awards, service anniversaries) to support a culture of appreciation. 
  • Survey Management: Conduct pulse surveys to capture employee sentiment and identify engagement trends, sharing insights and action plans with HR leadership. 

Learning & Development (L&D) (Approx. 10% of Time) 

  • LMS Management: Oversee the implementation and integration of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring resources are aligned with company L&D goals. 
  • Curate Learning Resources: Partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify training needs, curating and promoting learning opportunities for employees and managers. 
  • Onboarding Integration: Align learning resources with the onboarding process, providing new hires with targeted training for a strong start. 
  • L&D Metrics: Track and analyze L&D metrics, usage trends, and feedback to continually improve program offerings and forecast future learning needs. 

Additional/Cross-Training Support 

  • Support HR Initiatives: Collaborate on various HR projects, such as compliance training, benefits setup, and onboarding scheduling. 
  • Event Coordination: Assist with organizing team events, travel for new hires, and planning compliance trainings as needed. 

What you'll bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred  
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or employee engagement, with a strong foundation in HRIS and data management. 
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP) and data analysis tools; experience with LMS systems preferred. 
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience using data to inform HR strategy and improve processes. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on employee experience and engagement.
