What we are looking for:

  • A results-driven mid-level producer who can drive production from pre-production through delivery of ongoing projects for copy, video, design or product.
  • A creatively lead producer who is well organized, agile, resilient, has strong attention to detail and is solution-oriented.
  • Can lead an iterative production process based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills .
  • Someone with a proven ability to effectively manage several projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, passionate for the creative process, and always looking for ways that production can add to that process to make the work better.
  • Someone who has a strong toolset and can balance project management, production craft and creativity to make the work more impactful.
  • Successful candidates will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with agility, manage a high volume workload and can help foster creative production excellence.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Have a strong understanding of resource management. Planning and organizing project timelines; monitor progress by keeping close track of project timelines, project objectives and cross-functional partners to ensure all elements stay on track.
  • Collaborate closely with project-level channel leads and creative teams by owning daily management of project expectations on tasks and deliverables, and acceptance of final deliverables through timely project reviews and key milestones.
  • Identify, manage, and solve critical project issues: project delays, resourcing, team morale, team output, creative decisions, and/or technical hurdles.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with cross-functional teams across the MasterClass organization.

About You

  • 3-5 years of related work experience and solid knowledge within their functional area.
  • Track record of successfully delivering digital products, including, but not limited to, brand campaigns, social media content, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker with the ability to optimize processes.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Asana or other project management software.

The salary range listed is for NYC/CA/WA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.

MasterClass’s salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. In addition to salary, we also offer equity and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, flexible PTO, and more). The range listed is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
