We are a technology led hedge fund looking to hire a qualified Software Developer. We are passionate about collecting, cleaning, transforming, and storing data to feed our trading strategies. Our data driven trading models utilize a variety of open-source technologies and multiple data sources, from vendor APIs to our fleet of web crawlers running 24/7, to make trading decisions in the global markets.

 

ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful Software Developer will have a passion not only for building front-end applications but also have a passion for working with data and developing software to solve data challenges. Frequent interaction with traders, quants, and senior management will be required so communication and collaboration skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be a mid-level professional.

 


JOB DESCRIPTION: SOFTWARE DEVELOPER – FULL TIME

 

  • Use the Django web framework to develop and manage configurations for consuming, enhancing, and viewing data
  • Collaborate with the operations and investment teams to develop a suite of trading and risk related tools and dashboards
  • Write internal and end-user documentation


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Minimum of 2+ years professional experience with Python
  • Experience with Django or a similar Python web framework
  • Proficiency in frontend development concepts such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Experience with GitHub/Git, or comparable distributed version control system
  • Experience working in a Linux command line environment
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

Minimum annual gross salary : 80000 EUR
